The issuance of a license pursuant to this chapter shall not be evidence of the legality of a business or indicate that the business is conducted in conformity with any laws or regulations of the town, the state of Washington or the United States. The issuance of a business license shall not prevent the town, the state of Washington or the United States from taking any action relating to the conduct of the business or the licensee, including but not limited to action to revoke the license or deny an application for a future license, an action to cause the cessation of the business, or any enforcement action described in this chapter.
