No person shall discharge or otherwise use any consumer fireworks within the town of South Prairie, except between the hours of 12:00 p.m. on July 4th and 1:00 a.m. on July 5th and 12:00 p.m. on December 31st and 1:00 a.m. on January 1st of the subsequent year, and as provided in RCW 70.77.311. Violation of this section, to the extent it also constitutes a violation of RCW 70.77.488, 70.77.510 or 70.77.515, shall constitute a gross misdemeanor.
