2.40.030 Compensation of code enforcement officer.

The officer shall be entitled to receive a salary of $30.00 per hour. The officer’s salary may be increased, at the discretion of the mayor. The officer’s compensation shall be payable monthly on regular town paydays. The officer shall be entitled to no other compensation or benefits. [Ord. 604 § 3, 2021.]
