A person who fails to comply with the requirements of this chapter, who fails to conform to the terms of a permit, or who undertakes new development without first obtaining a valid building permit from the town of South Prairie shall be subject to the violation and penalty provisions of Chapter 17.10 SPMC, Enforcement.
