Section 105.8 (R105.10). The following paragraph shall be added to this section:

All contractors and sub-contractors shall have a valid and current business license to conduct business within the City of Buckley pursuant to Chapter 5.05 SPMC of the South Prairie Municipal Code and shall have a valid and current contractor’s license and registration with the State of Washington, Department of Labor and Industries, prior to commencing any actual construction work within the Town of South Prairie.
