A. Every subdivision and short subdivision must comply with the provisions of this code.

B. No person may subdivide or develop land within the town of South Prairie except in accordance with the provisions contained in this code, unless specifically exempted from such provisions.

C. No development permit will be issued for any parcel of land developed or divided in violation of the town of South Prairie Shoreline Master Program.

D. A building or development permit must be obtained before construction or development begins within any area of special flood hazard. [Ord. 378 § 2 (Exh. 1), 1999.]
