“Public meeting” is defined for purposes of this chapter as a place, public or quasi-public or place of public accommodation as defined in the 1965 Civil Rights Act of the United States Congress, occupied by two or more persons within the confines of the city. [Ord. 538 § 1 (§ 10.12.010), 2014.]
