Social card games as otherwise authorized by RCW 9.46.0325 are hereby prohibited within the town of South Prairie pursuant to RCW 9.46.295. Conduct of such a game shall constitute a misdemeanor. This section shall not be deemed to prohibit any other social card games or other activities otherwise permitted by Chapter 9.46 RCW and regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
