Every person who, in any case or under any circumstances not otherwise specially provided for in this title, shall willfully resist a public officer in discharging or attempting to discharge any duty of his office shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. [Ord. 538 § 1 (§ 10.02.010), 2014.]
