A. It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain any punchboard in any business establishment in the town of South Prairie for display and use by the public, until he shall have first applied for and secured a license from the town so to do.

B. Application for such license shall be made in person to the town council in writing signed by the applicant, and shall not be granted by less than a majority of the council, who shall upon granting such license direct the town clerk to issue same.

C. Effective June 15, 1970, the license fee to be charged for a license issued by the town under the provisions of this section shall be as follows:

For each business establishment, per calendar month or any portion thereof, the sum is $25.00. [Ord. 54 §§ 1 – 3, 1970.]
