A. The town clerk shall have general charge of, and supervision over, the administration and enforcement of this chapter.

B. The town clerk may call upon other town departments to aid in the enforcement of this chapter.

C. The licensee shall, upon reasonable request, provide or allow the town clerk to inspect relevant documentation for verification of the information provided by the licensee on the business license application. [Ord. 606 § 2 (Exh. A), 2021.]
