3.70.010 Court remittance fund.

A. There is hereby established the court remittance fund.
B. The court remittance fund shall serve as a depository for court payments received from the Bonney Lake municipal court. Amounts collected in the fund shall be remitted to Pierce County and the state of Washington, as detailed in the remittance summary report provided monthly by the Bonney Lake municipal court.
