Whereas the town of South Prairie and certain members of its fire department are desirous of providing for retirement benefits for themselves and other members of the fire department, it is hereby established that each member of the fire department who desires to participate in said retirement fund shall participate to the extent of an individual contribution of $20.00 per year.
