A. Any appeal of administrative decisions relating to the enforcement or interpretation of this title, unless otherwise specifically provided for in this chapter, shall be in writing, and shall be filed with the town clerk and the town council within 10 days after such decision, stating the reasons for such appeal.

B. The town council shall hear the appeal and render its decision within 60 days after the filing of such appeal with the town clerk and town council. [Ord. 378 § 2 (Exh. 1), 1999.]
