A permit shall not be issued under the Building Code or any of the codes identified in SPMC 15.80.010 until the fees established by the town have been paid, nor shall an amendment to a permit be released until the additional fee, if any, is paid. The town has established a fee schedule for permits for all of the codes identified in SPMC 15.80.010 by resolution. [Ord. 557 § 4, 2017.]
