A. Not more than one primary structure may be connected to the water system by a single connection unless the town engineer grants an exception before the construction of such connection.

B. If more than one primary structure is connected to the public water system by a single connection, a mutually beneficial easement must be granted to the respective properties over the shared portions of the connection, thus assuring that all properties involved will have perpetual use of the water line.
