A. The town engineer must approve construction plans before any right-of-way improvements may be installed.

B. A licensed engineer must prepare the right-of-way improvement plans on 24-inch by 36-inch size Mylar reproducible sheet for approval by the town engineer before starting construction.

C. The town engineer may require a survey before construction begins. If a survey is required, a copy of the survey must be given to the town. [Ord. 378 § 2 (Exh. 1), 1999.]
