In addition to a completed final plat application form, 10 copies of the final plat with all data, the specified fees, and one reduced scale reproducible copy, the applicant for final plat approval must submit a title insurance report confirming that the title of the land in the proposed subdivision is vested in the name of the owners whose signatures appear on the plat’s certificate.
