This chapter shall be known as the critical areas code. This article shall establish the general framework for Articles 2 through 4 of this chapter. The director, as defined in SPMC 15.18.030, shall administer and interpret this critical areas code. [Ord. 492 § 3 (Exh. B § 104), 2007.]
