The town shall provide notice in accordance with WAC 173-27-110, and may provide for additional noticing requirements. Per WAC 173-27-120 the town shall comply with special procedures (public notice timelines, appeal periods, etc.) for limited utility extensions and bulkheads. [Ord. 580 Att. A § 7.4, 2019.]
