The failure of a person or entity to comply with the applicable provisions of an order issued pursuant to SPMC 15.09.010(B) or 15.09.070 shall constitute a misdemeanor subject to the penalties of RCW 9A.20.010(2), as now or hereafter amended. [Ord. 618 § 1 (Exh. A), 2022.]
