A. Any order duly issued by the community development director, town planner, or code enforcement officer pursuant to the procedures contained in this title shall become final 21 days after service of the notice and order, unless a written request for hearing is received and filed with the town planning department within the 21-day period.

B. An order which is subject to the appeal procedure of SPMC 15.09.050 shall be final and conclusive upon the date of the council’s decision. The council’s decision shall be appealable to superior court pursuant to applicable state statutes. [Ord. 618 § 1 (Exh. A), 2022.]
