15.09.060 Suspension of penalties and compliance action during appeal.

Any corrective actions or penalties imposed in a notice and order shall be suspended during the pendency of an appeal of a notice and order. Orders to immediately cease activities, as authorized by SPMC 15.09.010(B), shall not be suspended during the pendency of an appeal. [Ord. 618 § 1 (Exh. A), 2022.]
