At any time, other than during the pendency of an appeal of a notice and order, the community development director, town planner, or code enforcement officer may add to, rescind in part, or otherwise modify a notice and order by issuing a supplemental notice and order. The supplemental notice and order shall be governed by the same procedures applicable to all notice and orders contained in this title. The community development director, town planner, or code enforcement officer may also withdraw a notice and order at any time or reissue the same, or modified, notice and order so long as reissuance is consistent with any appeal decision.
