A. “Development regulation” shall mean any requirement imposed by any provision of SPMC Title 6, 8, 10, 13, 15 or 17, including any permit conditions imposed thereunder, or rules and/or regulations adopted pursuant thereto. Violations of development regulations that are subject to state mandated criminal penalties shall not be subject to civil enforcement unless authorized by state law. State criminal penalties shall supersede any conflicting SPMC penalties as required by RCW 35A.11.020.

B. “Community development director” shall mean the town community development director, as established by SPMC 2.15.030, or his/her designee.

C. “Town planner” shall mean the town planner, as established by SPMC 15.06.050, or his/her designee.

D. “Code enforcement officer” shall mean the town code enforcement officer, as established by SPMC 2.40.020, or his/her designee.

E. “Notice and order” shall mean the written instrument specified in SPMC 15.09.020. [Ord. 618 § 1 (Exh. A), 2022.]
