A. If no action has been initiated by the applicant for a continuous 90-day period, the town may serve notice on the applicant by certified letter that the application will be terminated in 30 days unless the applicant responds by return mail that the application remains an active, ongoing concern.

B. The town may consider an application to be null and void if the applicant has initiated no action on the application for a continuous 120-day period. [Ord. 378 § 2 (Exh. 1), 1999.]
