The general facilities charge (water hook-up fee) shall be calculated as set forth in RCW 35.92.025. The GFC shall be adjusted as needed during the budget process to capture capital costs from the six-year capital improvement plan (CIP), and then adopted by ordinance. The charge per equivalent residential unit (ERU) shall be $10,455.
