A. Prohibition. It shall be unlawful for the owner, operator, or lessee of any vehicle, nonmotorized vehicle, trailer, travel trailer or recreation vehicle, or any person in possession thereof, to park or permit the equipment to stand or to be parked upon any public street, avenue, park, alley, right-of-way or any other public place within the corporate limits of the town for more than 72 consecutive hours, or to cause or allow the equipment to be used for living and/or sleeping quarters upon any private property within the town for more than 15 days per year except if in a permitted RV park.

B. Penalty for Violation. Violation of this section shall constitute a Class 4 civil infraction under Chapter 7.80 RCW for the first offense, and a Class 1 civil infraction under Chapter 7.80 RCW for the second offense. All subsequent offenses shall constitute a misdemeanor. [Ord. 579 § 1 (7.02), 2019; Ord. 537 § 1 (7.02), 2014.]
